Jersey Wahoos online registration process

Please read guidelines below before proceding to registration

1. ONLY sign up for your swimmers recommended group - We will change swimmers to the correct group if you sign up otherwise

2. If you are new to Jersey Wahoos - Do NOT sign up until your child has had a try out and group recommendation

3. All "Starred" fields in the registration form are required

4. When filling out forms, please use proper capitalization for names

5. For middle name, leave blank if no middle name.

6. You must pay the $100 Non-Refundable deposit for each swimmer, $60 USA Swimming fee each swimmer & uniform fee for each swimmer at time of registration and processing fee. You may use credit card or e-check.

7. Swim Team - There will be 7 equal payments for the balance of your bill.

8. Pre-Teams - Fees are paid in full at time of registration and are Non-Refundable.

9. You can choose an automatic payment from your credit card/e-check, manual payments by credit card/e-check, or you may print a statement from your online account and send in payment (only check).

   1. If you choose automatic payments to your credit card or e-check, there will be a 3% one time charge computed on your balance. The 3% charge will be incurred on your September bill.

   2. If you pay your monthly payment by credit card or e-check, but not automatic payments, there will be a 3% one time charge computed on your balance. The 3% charge will be incurred on your October bill.

   3. To avoid all charges, send your monthly payments by cash or personal check to the Wahoos office.

   4. There is a processing fee of $4.50 per swimmer for your initial credit card/e-check payment.

10. Payments are made by logging in to your customer account and clicking the "make payment" button. You must pay the minimum amount due for each swimmer. Go to account overview and hit the "+" button next to "you have automatic payments" at the bottom of the page then hit the "+" button next to each swimmer to view monthly payment schedule. To avoid the 3% charge, look up your payments and send cash or personal check to the Wahoos office.
